I'm self-taught, curiosity-driven, and slightly addicted to rabbit holes.

I like understanding how things work beneath the surface — the business, the problem, the people, the process, the systems, and only then the technology. Over the years, that instinct has taken me across different industries and domains — through operations, product, supply chains, logistics, manufacturing, digital transformation, and a long trail of experiments on the internet.

I've worked across different kinds of problems, built things from scratch, fixed things that were already running, and spent a lot of time figuring out how seemingly unrelated pieces fit together. Some became products, some became systems, some became experiments, and some simply taught me something useful.

Today, I work across manufacturing software and enterprise solutions, taking ideas from the messy real world and turning them into something that actually works.

I love building things, simplifying complex systems, and finding the shape of a problem before forcing a solution on it. Explore. Experiment. Experience. That's less a slogan and more the pattern behind most of what I learn, build, and do.

how I think

Curiosity first If something feels interesting, confusing, or broken, I keep pulling at it until I understand what is actually going on.

Find the pulse Every business has a rhythm: where money leaks, where people wait, where decisions stall. Once you feel that pulse, the right system becomes easier to see.

Experiment heavily I read, test, prototype, break, and repeat. Most of what I know came from independent experiments, not formal roadmaps.

Think in systems I care about handoffs, loops, bottlenecks, and incentives. A neat interface means nothing if the surrounding workflow is broken.

Reduce to basics Inherited assumptions waste time. I prefer reducing things to what is true, then building back up from there.

Look for the job People rarely want the thing they ask for. They want progress. Start with the job, not the request.

Ship what survives Ideas are cheap. I like things that ship, survive contact with reality, and make someone's work meaningfully easier.
